All Sales Final: We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds on any purchases. However, we do offer customers the option to select a product of equal value as a replacement. If the chosen product has a higher value than the original purchase, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.

Eligibility: Exchanges are valid within 15 days from the date of receipt. The item must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for an exchange.

Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, please email us at vulodesigns@gmail.com. Once we confirm the validity of your exchange request, you will receive the address to ship the item.

Exchange Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including those resulting from ordering errors such as selecting the wrong color.
